Question

The last Joint Steering Committee was in January 2026, and the minutes say there was a meeting in February 2026, but seem to have been no meetings. Why hasn't the Joint Steering Committee been meeting, especially given how far behind the implementation of the NTRAI is? Has the whole thing just stalled?
