Question

The Minister for Indigenous Australians says it is up to the NT Government to reduce overincarceration of First Peoples in the Territory - given the NT government clearly fails in this, why isn't this federal government withholding the millions and millions of Indigenous Advancement Strategy funding it gives to NT government that is supposed to be the result of a "genuine partnership to enable the self-determination and aspirations of First Nations communities"?
