Does DFAT record whether a passport eligibility letter was refused, returned, or undelivered? Does DFAT record whether the intended young adult personally received or became aware of the letter? Does DFAT record whether a young adult responded to DFAT, the Embassy, the Australian parent, or any other Australian Government channel after receiving a passport eligibility letter? Does DFAT record whether a passport eligibility letter led to a passport application or passport being issued? Does DFAT record whether a passport eligibility letter led to any contact, reconnection, proof of life, or welfare confirmation?
