1. For the past 4 financial years, and current financial year to date, please provide the number of: a. Adult passports collected by individuals that live with the applicant b. Adult passports collected by those authorised by the applicant (that do not live with the applicant) c. Child passports collected by individuals that live with the applicant d. Child passports collected by those authorised by the applicant/their parent (that do not live with the applicant) e. Refusals to pick up passports on behalf of another individual (categorising the ground of refusal) 2. Can you advise the largest number of passports collected by a single authorised person (not including the name of the individual)?
