Senator ROBERTS: Is it true that no nation has ever sued another, and is it true that this is because proving greenhouse gas emissions are causing another country damage is not possible? Mr McCarthy: Apologies, the first part of your question was that no nation has ever- Senator ROBERTS: Sued another country on this topic, sorry. Mr McCarthy: You're adding the qualifier 'on this topic'. I'd have to take that on notice. I suspect the answer is no, but I'd have to take it on notice.
