Passport Investigations from Media Reports

Senator PATERSON: Can you remember instances in the past where you have launched an investigation because of a media report? Ms Veneros: I would have to take that question on notice. When information comes to light and there is a potential concern about that information, I will refer it off to our investigations team to have a look at that, to see whether there's anything there that we need to consider.
