Question

Senator PATERSON: Can I ask you then to take on notice whether there have been any referrals to the CDPP, the AFP or any other competent authority under section 32 or 37-not in any specific cohort case and not divulging any individual circumstances, but itemised over financial years or however you break it down. Ms Veneros: It's over years. What I can say is that we have referred matters to the CDPP in relation to section 37 and, I believe, 32 as well. But are you looking for numbers? Senator PATERSON: Yes, if you could take that on notice. Ms Veneros: I'll have a look to see what we can provide.
