Question

ACTING CHAIR: Yes, that's fine. You might also want to take this one, or you might have it at hand. I believe that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the Australian Government Solicitor, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer and RSM were all contracted to provide external advice, I think, prior to starting up this deal. And I'm just wondering if we can get a breakdown of the costs for them by firm and what sort of advice they were providing, whether it was commercial, legal, probity. Ms Blundell: I do have some of it. For Herbert Smith Freehills, the contract term was from January 2024 to December 2025. The contract value was $285,000 at that time. It was extended several times. I'd have to take on notice the final amount, but they were providing legal advice through the period of, particularly, negotiation. Deloitte were on contract from 4 December 2023 until 28 March 2025, and they were providing commercial and project management support throughout the period of negotiation. I'd take on notice the final value of that because it was extended.
