1. Please provide a breakdown of DFAT's funding under the Supporting Trade and Tourism measure by year, division, program and activity. 2. Which parts of the $38.6 million A-EU FTA implementation funding are administered by DFAT? 3. What is DFAT's role in administering the A-EU FTA implementation funding? 4. DFAT evidence referred to funding for an "innovation mobility pathway". What is the formal name of that program or mechanism? a. Is this funding linked to Annex 9-G: Innovation Mobility in the A-EU FTA? b. How much of the $38.6 million A-EU FTA implementation funding is allocated to innovation mobility? c. Provide funding profile. 5. What legislative, regulatory, visa, administrative or program changes are required to implement it? 6. How many participants are expected per year? 7. Which sectors, occupations or industries will be eligible? 8. Is the pathway reciprocal, and what access will EU nationals receive in Australia compared with Australians in the EU? 9. Why is funding required before Annex 9-G has been published? 10. How much funding is for treaty committees, secretariat support, dispute settlement, implementation coordination or stakeholder engagement? 11. Budget Paper No. 2 includes $10.8 million over four years to support implementation of the Singapore-Australia Green Economy Agreement. How much of that funding is administered by DFAT? 12. What specific programs, projects or activities are funded under the Singapore-Australia Green Economy Agreement component? 13. What outcomes are expected from the $10.8 million Singapore-Australia Green Economy Agreement funding? 14. Budget Paper No. 2 includes $3.9 million over four years and $0.4 million ongoing for stakeholder engagement on trade negotiations and trade diversification and economic opportunities in Southeast Asia. Please provide a breakdown of that funding by purpose. 15. Which trade negotiations will be supported by this stakeholder engagement funding? 16. Which Southeast Asian countries, sectors and opportunities are targeted? 17. Will any of the $3.9 million be paid to external stakeholders, peak bodies, consultants, travel providers, civil society organisations or business groups? 18. Is any Supporting Trade and Tourism funding being used for communications, advertising, media, events, roundtables or ministerial travel?
