1. Has the Office of Impact Analysis commenced work on an Impact Analysis for the A-EU FTA? a. If yes, on what date did the OIA process commence? 2. What stage has the Impact Analysis reached? 3. Has OIA been given access to any annexes, schedules, side letters or market access documents that are not publicly available? a. If yes, which documents has OIA received? 4. If the documents are complete enough for OIA to assess, why are they not complete enough for public release? 5. If OIA has not received the unpublished schedules, how can it assess the agreement's full costs, benefits and regulatory impacts? 6. Will the Impact Analysis be completed before signature? 7. Will the Impact Analysis be published before signature? a. If not, how can it inform public scrutiny before the treaty text is finalised? 8. Will the Impact Analysis be published before JSCOT consideration? a. If not, why not? 9. Will OIA assess the costs of GI implementation, quota administration, customs implementation, mobility changes and committee participation? 10. Will OIA assess the costs to industry of compliance with the agreement? 11. Will OIA assess the impacts on agriculture, wine, dairy, sugar, red meat, manufacturing, critical minerals, services and procurement? 12. Has DFAT provided OIA with economic modelling of the agreement? a. If yes, will that modelling be published? b. If no, how will OIA assess the commercial and economy-wide impact of the agreement?
