Since 1 January 2026, has the Department/Agency been provided with advice or a direction on a minimum turnaround time for consideration of briefs by the Minister? a. If so, when was this advice provided to the Department? b. Please provide the minimum turnaround requirement. ; c. If there has been a change in a previously set minimum turnaround requirement, please provide: i. the previous turnaround requirement; and ; ii. the date the change was requested.
