The Queensland Biosecurity Regulation 2016 (the Regulation) protects our environment, industries and communities from biosecurity threats. The Department of Primary Industries is conducting a review of the Regulation to ensure it remains contemporary, fit-for-purpose, and minimises regulatory burden on people and businesses.
