Accommodation Module under the BCCM Act

Question

With reference to the Accommodation Module under the BCCM Act— Will the Attorney-General (a) advise how many strata or community titles schemes are using the accommodation module, (b) provide a table showing schemes using the Accommodation Module by (i) lot number ranges (i.e. fewer than 4 lots, 5-10 lots, 11-50 lots, 51-100 lots, 101+ lots, or other appropriate ranges), (ii) local government area, (iii) building type (i.e. detached houses, townhouses, low rise units, high rise units or other appropriate categories) and (c) advise how many schemes using the Accommodation Module have management rights contracts of (i) fewer than 10 years, (ii) 10 years to 24 years and (iii) 25 years?
