With reference to projects funded under the Residential Activation Fund— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) what mechanisms are in place to ensure that any cost savings or financial benefits provided to developers are passed on to home buyers through reduced purchase prices, (b) whether any requirements, conditions or agreements exist to reflect these savings in final sale prices and (c) how is the Crisafulli Government monitoring and enforcing this outcome?
