With reference to reports of rising costs and supply constraints for petroleum-based construction materials, including bitumen, concrete pipes and plastic pipes, and industry advice that shortages of these materials are delaying housing delivery— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) what actions the Crisafulli Government has taken to secure or stabilise supply chains for critical construction materials required for housing delivery in Queensland and (b) what specific measures the Crisafulli Government will implement to ensure reliable and timely access to critical construction materials to support housing delivery in Queensland?
