With reference to the improvement of water quality in the Great Barrier Reef— Will the Minister advise (a) the progress of the development of the Reef 2050 Catchment Water Quality Strategy that is intended to replace the Reef 2050 Water Quality Improvement Plan, noting that public consultation closed on 19 November 2025 and (b) when the Reef Water Quality Report Card assessing projects completed from July 2023 to June 2025 will be released?
