With reference to the Minister’s 4 March 2026 speech in Parliament stating, quote “saw overall victims of crime increase by 193 per cent”— Will the Minister advise (a) was this number calculated using data from the “Reported victim number – Qld” linked spreadsheet on the Queensland Police Service website (https://www.police.qld.gov.au/maps-and- statistics), as per the figure for the Crisafulli LNP Government’s claimed reduction in numbers, (b) irrespective of the source for (a), which offence categories are included in the supporting data for the “193 per cent” figure, reported separately, (c) what date range was used to calculate this “193 per cent”, including month and year (e.g. January to December 2015 compared to January to December 2023) and (d) what the total number of “overall victims of crime” were used for the start range and the end range of (c), reported separately?
