With reference to Betterment Fund projects aimed at rebuilding essential infrastructure to a more resilient standard following disaster events— Will the Minister advise (a) what assessment has been undertaken of the impact of rising construction input costs, including bitumen and fuel, on the delivery of Betterment Fund projects, (b) how many Betterment Fund projects have experienced delays, scope changes or cost overruns and (c) what contingency measures or funding adjustments have been implemented or are under consideration to ensure Betterment projects are delivered on time and within budget?
