With reference to the appointment of former Newman Government Minister Andrew Cripps as Special Commissioner for Regional and Rural Queensland— Will the Premier advise (a) what legislation is the Special Commissioner appointed under, (b) how the functions of the Special Commissioner as outlined in the Ministerial Media Statement on 10 April 2026 align to the requirements in the legislation, (c) who the Special Commissioner reports to, (d) the length of the term of appointment, (e) the number of public servant positions that have been allocated to support the Special Commissioner (reported separately by pay classification) and (f) what classification the Special Commissioner is remunerated at?
