With reference to Answer to Question on Notice No. 235 of 2026, in which it states there were 425 complaints received between 1 January 2025 and 20 March 2026 regarding alleged dumping by Candy Soil and Pacific Green Industries— Will the Minister advise (a) when the Department will establish a local Community Reference Group and (b) if not, why?
