With reference to statutory closures of retirement villages in Queensland— Will the Minister advise, in relation to residents required to vacate due to redevelopment (a) what protections apply and whether operators are permitted to charge exit fees in these circumstances and (b) how many residents have been charged exit fees following a statutory closure since November 2024
