With reference to the former Energex Depot on Blinzinger Road, Banyo, identified as a site under the Land Activation Program, and noting the Site Management Plans for 1/ RP124669 and 2/ RP124669 permit only ‘dwellings with fully and permanently paved yard space’— Will the Deputy Premier advise across the 6.4 hectares, what is the estimated total percentage of land that will be required to be fully and permanently paved to comply with the Site Management Plan?
