Question

With reference to the former Labor Government legislating a head of power to enable a portable bond scheme in Queensland, which would allow tenants to transfer an existing rental bond between tenancies and avoid paying a second bond upfront— Will the Minister advise (a) whether the Crisafulli Government will implement a portable bond scheme and (b) the month and year it is expected to commence operation?
