With reference to the former Energex Depot at 56 Blinzinger Road, Banyo, which is identified under the Crisafulli Government’s Land Activation Program, and the statement that the site ‘may include’ approximately 50 key worker homes— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) the location within the 6.4 hectare site and the area (in hectares) identified, reserved or otherwise set aside for key worker housing and (b) with the delivery of the key worker housing component being described only as ‘may include’, whether delivery of the approximately 50 homes is guaranteed, and if not, why not?
