With reference to Native Title— Will the Minister advise (a) details of any changes in respect to the LNP Government’s approach to Native Title determination applications and Native Title compensation applications and (b) whether those changes create a policy where Traditional Owners seeking to enter negotiations for consent determinations and compensation are compelled to prosecute their claims through the Courts?
