With reference to South Australia being the only state with an ‘opt in’ checkbox on driver’s licences for organ donations and having a 74 percent organ donation registration rate compared with Queensland’s 30 percent registration rate, which is below the national average— Will the Minister immediately move to reintroduce the ‘opt in’ checkbox on driver’s licences?
