Question

With reference to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and recent tensions involving Iran, which have caused distress and concern among many members of Queensland’s multicultural communities with family and cultural ties to the region— Will the Minister advise (a) what actions the government has taken to engage with affected community groups in Queensland, (b) what support services have been made available for residents experiencing distress or community tensions arising from these events and (c) what measures are being implemented to ensure safety across Queensland’s multicultural communities?
