Question

With reference to ongoing waste dumping concerns in Tivoli involving Candy Soil and Pacific Green industries and concerns from residents about odours and potential health impacts— Will the Minister advise (a) how many complaints has the department received since 1 January 2025 relating to waste disposal activities at these sites, including complaints regarding odour, air quality and health concerns and (b) if the department has undertaken or commissioned any assessment of potential environmental or public health impacts in response to those complaints, will the Minister publicly release the findings of any such assessments?
