With reference to the Residential Tenancies Authority during the 2024–25 financial year (or the nearest reportable period)— Will the Minister advise (a) how many investigations were undertaken by the RTA in total, (b) of those investigations, how many were proactive investigations, (c) how many notices of non-compliance were issued, (d) how many penalty infringement notices were issued and (e) how many prosecutions were initiated?
