Will the Minister advise whether the government took any action to ensure that the disposal of the property at 610 West Mount Cotton Road, Mount Cotton, by Landscapes Queensland Limited as trustee for the Queensland Trust for Nature’s Revolving Fund, was appropriately conditioned to require an access easement, right of transit, or other legally binding right of use arrangement, to protect the important linkage adjoining Venman National Park and its significance to the Koala Coast Eco-Tourism trail, prior to the land being sold?
