Question

With reference to the former Labor Government’s Queensland Quarry Demand and Supply Risks report warning that even where reserves exist, existing quarries may not be able to scale production quickly enough— Will the Minister advise if the Crisafulli LNP Government has tested whether existing quarries can (a) increase output at the pace required, (b) meet peak demand years identified in the report (2028 2032) and (c) if not, does the Crisafulli LNP Government accept that this risk remains unresolved?
