With reference to the Red Tape Reduction Plan 2025-28, and the specific initiative to ‘introduce a one-plan-per-student approach to student needs management reducing duplication and documentation’— Will the Minister advise (a) if this initiative has been implemented, (b) if so, what specific changes to prior assessment processes this has entailed and (c) if not, when these changes are due to be finalised?
