Question

With reference to the former Labor Government’s Queensland Quarry Demand and Supply Risks report stating that local government production limits may be more restrictive than state Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA) thresholds, but that data was unavailable— Will the Minister advise if the Crisafulli LNP Government collected or analysed data on (a) local government quarry production limits, (b) haulage and operating restrictions and (c) the cumulative impacts of local government development application decisions?
