Queensland Quarry Demand and Supply Risks report

Question

With reference to the former Labor Government’s Queensland Quarry Demand and Supply Risks report, which projected that total quarry material demand in Queensland would reach approximately 66.2m tonnes by 2029–30— Will the Minister advise (a) what is the Crisafulli LNP Government’s current projected total quarry material demand for 2029–30, expressed in million tonnes, (b) are the projections provided in answer to part (a) based on updated quarry demand modelling that reflects the Crisafulli LNP Government’s current infrastructure pipeline and housing targets, (c) if the answer to part (b) is yes, when was the modelling undertaken and will the Crisafulli LNP Government publish the updated projections and (d) if the answer to part (b) is no, is the government still relying on the demand projections contained in the 2023 Queensland Quarry Demand and Supply Risks report?
