With reference to Chapter 4 of the Ministerial Handbook— Will the Premier provide (a) a list of all Ministers who have been loaned or provided (i) a mobile phone through ministerial services, (ii) an iPad or smart tablet device through ministerial services, (b) a list of all Assistant Ministers who have been loaned or provided (i) a mobile phone through ministerial services, (ii) an iPad or smart tablet device through ministerial services, (c) the total number of ministerial staff provided mobile phones through ministerial services and (d) the total number of ministerial staff provided an iPad or smart tablet device through ministerial services?
