Question

With reference to the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre inspection report, and noting that 15 recommendations were completed as at 20 October 2025 — Will the Minister provide (a) an update on the implementation of each recommendation, (reported separately by recommendation and in table format, as at 28 February 2026) and (b) where a recommendation has not been completed, provide the planned date of full implementation?
