With reference to the government’s recently announced Land Activation Program— Will the Minister advise (a) why this program does not incorporate genuine affordable housing for workers not eligible for government subsidisation, (b) what evidence, including analysis and modelling, was used to support the model and (c) the estimated number of Queenslanders who will be eligible for social housing once the review is completed and the income threshold raised?
