With reference to the former Energex Depot on Blinzinger Road, Banyo, having been subject to ongoing remediation for hazardous contaminants— Will the Minister advise (reported separately by Title reference 1/RP124669, 2/RP124669, 1/RP82824, 2/RP82824) (a) on what date the Lot was removed from the (i) Environmental Management Register and (ii) Contaminated Land Register, (b) reasons why the site was removed from these Registers (as relevant), (c) when the last ground water testing sample was provided to the department, (d) what the result of the last ground water testing sample taken from the Lot was and (e) if a Site Management Plan is in place for the Lot, what the current conditions are of that Plan to ensure the community’s safety now that approximately 400 homes are proposed for the site?
