With reference to the 3,371 Traffic Infringement Notices (TINs) which were issued to personal e-mobility device (PMD) riders between 1 May 2025 and 30 November 2025— Will the Minister advise (a) the number of PMD-related TINs issued during this period (reported separately by police district) and (b) for each police district, a breakdown of PMD- related TINs by TIN category?
