Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) what valuation processes are applied to land progressed through the Land Activation Program, including whether independent valuations or Valuer-General advice is required and (b) how does Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) ensure that the State receives market value where land is disposed of or developed following an unsolicited proposal from industry?
