Question

With reference to government-owned land for sale to the private market under the Crisafulli Government’s Land Activation Program— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) prior to the public announcement of each site, did the Crisafulli Government consult the relevant local governments or surrounding landowners on the (i) decision to sell the land and (ii) intended development outcomes, including proposed scale, density or number of dwellings, (b) whether the Crisafulli Government will consult relevant local governments and surrounding landowners on both the sale of government-owned land and the intended development outcomes before announcing any further sites under the Land Activation Program, (c) if yes to (b), what minimum consultation steps will be undertaken and at what stage of the process will that consultation occur and (d) if no to (b), why not?
