With reference to government-owned land proposed to be sold to the private market for housing under the Crisafulli Government’s Land Activation Program— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) if the Crisafulli Government will (i) require purchasers to commence or complete development within a specified timeframe as a condition of sale or (ii) prohibit purchasers of Land Activation Program sites from holding that land without development for investment or speculative purposes, (b) if yes to either (a)(i) or (a)(ii), what mechanisms will be used to impose and enforce those requirements and (c) if no to both (a)(i) and (a)(ii), will the Crisafulli Government introduce mandatory development timeframes or anti-land-banking conditions for future Land Activation Program land sales, and if not, why not?
