With reference to Homes for Queenslanders and the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) Purchase Initiative established by the former Labor Government— Will the Minister advise (a) as at November 2024 (or closest reportable period), how many dwellings had been delivered under the NRAS Purchase Initiative, (b) from November 2024 to the most recent reporting period, how many additional dwellings have been delivered under the NRAS Purchase Initiative, (c) the total budget allocated to the NRAS Purchase Initiative and the amount of funding expended to date, (d) whether the NRAS Purchase Initiative has ceased, and if so, whether any uncommitted funding remained at the time it ceased and (e) if funding was uncommitted, to which program or programs that funding was reallocated?
