With reference to enforcement, compliance and education activities undertaken in the 2024– 25 financial year by the Office of Fair Trading in the second-hand dealer, automotive wrecker and metal recycler industries— Will the Attorney-General advise (a) how many scheduled compliance or enforcement operations were conducted, (b) how many spot checks and unannounced inspections were conducted, (c) the total number of traders inspected or checked and how many were referred for further investigation and (d) the types of offences identified from investigations in 2024–25, including the number and percentage of each offence type?
