Question

With reference to the Crisafulli LNP Government’s Land Activation Program, and noting Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) will accept unsolicited proposals from developers where they have identified government owned land that is ‘surplus or underutilised’— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) who is responsible for determining whether land is surplus or underutilised for the purposes of the Land Activation Program, (b) what criteria, evidence or assessments are used to make this determination and (c) whether the agreement of the landholding agency is required before EDQ progresses a site under the Land Activation Program?
