With reference to the answer to Question on Notice No. 1562 of 2025, which advised that the Minister is responsible for investigating the 419 smaller sites with potential for housing identified through the statewide audit of surplus government land undertaken by the former Labor Government following the 2022 Queensland Housing Summit— Will the Minister advise (a) of the 419 sites how many have been fully investigated, how many are currently under investigation, and how many investigations have not yet commenced, (b) of the 419 sites, how many have been assessed as suitable for housing, how many are still being assessed and how many have been ruled out for housing including the primary reasons sites have been ruled out and (c) what infrastructure funding or other government funding has been allocated in the 25 26 Queensland Budget to enable development on any of these sites, including the amount and the sites to which it applies?
