With reference to accepting Recommendation 1 of the Queensland Racing Review— Will the Minister (a) guarantee and clarify the structural statutory independence of QRIC and (b) confirm what senior positions will be retained, for example, QRIC Commissioner and the two Assistant Commissioners?
