With reference to the answer to Question on Notice No. 1564 of 2025, and noting that $240m is allocated in the 2025-26 Queensland Budget for capital delivery in remote and discrete First Nations local government areas— Will the Minister advise (a) what types of expenditure are included within the $240m capital delivery allocation, including the total amount allocated in 2025-26 to (i) construction of new dwellings, (ii) replacement of existing dwellings, (iii) refurbishment or upgrade of existing dwellings and (iv) essential services or enabling infrastructure associated with housing and (b) of the amounts identified in (a), how much funding in 2025-26 is allocated to works that will result in a net increase in the number of dwellings?
