Question

With reference to the Crisafulli Government currently undertaking a review of the effectiveness of the 2023 reforms to the Land Sales Act 1984 that were intended to restrict the use of sunset clauses by sellers to terminate off-the-plan contracts for the sale of the land, and public consultation conducted between 1 September 2025 and 10 October 2025 to inform the review— Will the Attorney-General advise (a) how many submissions or survey responses were received as part of the consultation process, (b) how many of those submissions or responses were received from consumers, (c) how many peak stakeholder organisations were invited to make written submissions to inform the review (reported separately by (i) consumer advocacy groups, (ii) the property and development industry and (iii) the legal sector) and (d) the anticipated month and year for the public release of the outcomes of the review?
