With reference to the proposed sale of the former Energex depot at 56 Blinzinger Road, Banyo, Queensland, 4014, for up to 400 homes as part of the Crisafulli Government’s Land Activation Program, in which there is a dedicated pathway for a community housing provider to deliver affordable homes on part of the site— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) what is the ‘dedicated pathway’ for a community housing provider to deliver affordable housing on the site, (b) how many of the up to 400 dwellings are anticipated to be delivered as affordable housing by a community housing provider and (c) what proportion of the 6.46 hectare site does part of the site refer to?
